NENE'S new job

Child Stars Of Modern Family Want A Raise Too!
The adult cast of Modern Family got the pay raise they wanted after salary negotiations with 20th Century Fox Television ended last Friday, but now the youngsters want their fair share as well!
13-year-old's Rico Rodriguez and Nolan Gould will be demanding a raise alongside their 14-year-old co-star, Ariel Winter.
They won't get the big bucks that Sofia Vergara, Ty Burrell and company negotiated ($175,000 per episode), but they should be getting a significant raise since they share equal screen time.
21-year-old Sarah Hyland is already making more than her younger co-stars and will also be getting a raise while 5-year-old Aubrey Anderson-Emmons will continue to earn the least of the group.
Whatever deal these kids end up getting, we hope it's good. The show wouldn't be what it is without them, so they totally deserve the money!
JAMES HOLMES MASSACRE Victim's Mother Ready to Sue Movie Theater
The mother of one of James Holmes' massacre victims has hired a high-powered attorney to sue the Aurora, CO movie theater where he opened fire ... killing 12 people, and injuring 58 others.
TMZ has learned Shirley Wygal is retaining a lawyer in Los Angeles to handle her case -- and we're told she plans to go after the Century 16 Theater.
Shirley's 32-year-old daughter Rebecca Wingo was shot and killed in the theater.
Sources close to Shirley tell us she believes the theater's emergency exit doors should have been alarmed, or there should have been security guards posted next to them ... especially for a premiere as anticipated as "The Dark Knight Rises."
Witnesses say Holmes entered the theater through an emergency exit door and then started shooting. Authorities think he may have propped the door open earlier from inside the theater.
TMZ broke the story ... a survivor of the shooting spree is planning a similar suit, but he also intends to go after Warner Bros. and Holmes' doctors.
We've reached out to Cinemark -- the theater's corporate owners -- but no reply yet.
Holmes will be in court Monday morning to be formally charged in the massacre.
Love And Hip Hop Star Stevie J DUMPS His FIANCE Joseline . . . And His NEW CHICK . . .Is PREGNANT!!!
just got some EXTREMELY interesting news. Stevie J and Joseline are NO LONGER TOGETHER . . . according to our snitch Stevie DUMPED Joseline - whom he JUST got engaged to a few weeks ago.
What happened? Well it's NOT CLEAR . . . but we're told that Stevie and a woman named Tammie Grant are TOGETHER. Stevie and Tammie have known each other for a long time, and Tammie is his partner at Stevie's record label - The SJ Music Group. Tammie was married to NBA player Gary Grant and is now divorced.
MediaTakeOut.com is told that the two are EXPECTING A CHILD together too. The pregnancy was planned between Stevie and Tammie and the pair is in talks to get married.

Baby Wakes From Coma At Mother's Touch
Charlotte Cheshire was distraught when her newborn baby Adamrefused to eat, but once she took him to the hospital, things only got worse.
Adam collapsed and began having seizures. He had to be put on a ventilator to breathe. Doctors eventually induced a coma to protect the child.
Adam was diagnosed with a brain infection called Group B Strep Meningitis. Charlotte says:
"Group B Strep is very common in the United Kingdom with 1-in-4 women carriers. It can be quickly and easily detected with a swab test between 35 to 37 weeks of pregnancy and treated with antibiotics during labor but the National Health Service currently don't test for it."
With Adam languishing in a coma due to this preventable condition, Charlotte did the only thing a mother could. She cuddled her baby.
Miraculously, at his mother's hug, Adam awoke from the coma!
Aside from some permanent hearing damage, Adam was given a clean bill of health and sent home with Mom shortly after.
Charlotte has barely let her son out of her arms since, practicing "kangaroo care", where the mother acts as an incubator for the newborn baby.
We're not surprised- if you had magic mom hugging powers, would you ever let go?

16 and Pregnant" star Jennifer Del Rio says her baby daddy is a huge threat to her family's safety, so much so, she fled 1,000 miles to get away from him and is asking a judge for sole custody of their young twins.
The MTV star recently filed legal docs in Lake County, Illinois -- where she lives, after fleeing the state of FL to escape from her ex, Joshua Smith.
In the docs, the 18-year-old says she's the primary caregiver of the couple's twin boys -- feeding them, bathing them and grooming them -- so it's in their best interest to stay with her permanently.
That's not all, Jennifer claims there's definitely NO WAY she can share custody with Joshua -- as is the current arrangement -- due to their history of domestic violence.

BASKETBALL WIVES' STAR Goes to Police Over Social Media Hacking
the reality TV star was hacked sometime on Friday night. We're told a friend tipped her off that that someone had taken over her Twitter account -- which carried 600k plus followers -- and declared himself in charge (below).
According to our sources, the hacker also broke into her email account and changed her personal security questions, as well. We're told Tami has used her email account for 14 YEARS and she's scared to lose a lot of her personal information.
Our sources say Tami reached out to both AOL and Twitter, but didn't receive a response back.
We're told she also reported the cyber-crime to the local New Jersey Police, who are currently investigating the case.

Never seen the MOVIE Selena
Yolanda -- the former President of Selena's fan club -- is currently locked up in a Texas prison .. serving out a life sentence for killing the 23-year-old singer in 1995. She was portrayed in the 1997 biopic "Selena" by Lupe Ontiveros.
After Lupe passed away this week, we reached out to Yolanda's family to see if she had any thoughts on the actress' death.
Yolanda's brother told us ... nobody in the family had ever seen the movie because they believe it's "filled with lies" about Yolanda.
Still, Yolanda's brother says the family never felt any ill will towards Lupe ... because she was an actress and was only "doing what she was told."
As for Yolanda, who is now 51-years-old -- her brother tells us she's still in solitary confinement out of fear for her safety ... but insists she's "doing well.

The theater where James Holmes opened fire last week, killing 12 people, is offering to pick up funeral expenses for the victims' families ...
Several funerals were held Friday in Aurora, Colorado -- one of them for Rebecca Wingo ... a 32-year-old mother of 2.
Cinemark -- corporate owners of the Century 16 Theater -- called the chapel where Rebecca's service was held ... and offered to foot the bill for her funeral.
In fact, the owner of the chapel says Cinemark told him it was willing to provide financial backing to all victims' families -- by paying any funeral expenses not covered by the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund.
Rebecca's mother, Shirley Wygal, turned down the offer and through a spokesperson told TMZ, the reason was that the Victims Advocate Fund paid for everyone's main funeral expenses.

Concert Time
Nothing brings the Jackson brothers together like a payday -- TMZ has learned, Jermaine, Tito, Marlon, and Jackie still plan to perform a concert together tomorrow night ... despite a war raging between Jermaine and the rest of his siblings.
As we reported, Tito, Marlon, and Jackie have drawn a line in the sand -- aligning themselves with the Michael Jackson estate ... while Randy and Jermaine continue to claim the estate is defrauding the family.
Now, sources close to the brothers tell TMZ, the Jackson Unity concert scheduled for tomorrow at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga, CA will still take place as scheduled.
According to sources, the brothers have decided to put their problems aside for the sake of the fans.

Sources tell us ... Cowell -- who created the show -- decided he wanted to reward the contestants for making it this far ... and didn't want them slumming in a "regular" hotel.
So he upgraded ALL of the contestants to the exclusive Mondrian Miami South Beach Hotel ... and promised to cover everyone's meals during the audition process

But now, we're told the couple is giving things another shot and has decided to resume their wedding plans. According to sources, the new wedding date is in August.
As for the reality show that was supposed to cover the nuptials -- we're told that's back on too.

La Toya -- who's not exactly shy when it comes to publicity -- has been noticeably absent from the media blitz surrounding Michael Jackson's kids and the MJ Estate. We're told La Toya feels VERY STRONGLY that the most effective way to solve the family problems are NOT to attack each other in public ... but rather hash things out quietly ... and respectfully ... in private.
So whose side is she on? Sources say she's definitely NOT aligned with Janet, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie ... and wasn't thrilled to see them camera-whoring all over TV this week.
Bottom line -- we're told La Toya wants what's best for Michael's kids ... and feels the quicker the family can stop making a public spectacle of themselves ... the better off the kids will be.
